Our Software, an AI-based occupational health and safety platform, processes personal data in specific ways.We manage non-biometric images from camera recordings provided by our clients. Rather than continuously recording footage, we analyze video frames and issue alerts if the Software detects potential health or safety risks. If no such risks are detected, the analyzed frames are promptly deleted. Data is also collected from selected cameras for labeling and model training to improve our AI's accuracy. To ensure privacy, all processed images have human faces blurred or masked and pseudonymized. Spatial Labs connects to cameras at our clients' facilities, acting strictly as a data processor.
